Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT) finished 2-4 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fleury lost 11-6 to Theresa Breen (Halifax, NS), then responded with a 6-1 win over Shannon Birchard (Winnipeg, MB). Fleury went on to lose 6-5 against Nadine Scotland (Calgary, AB). Fleury lost 7-5 to Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB) where Fleury responded with a 8-3 win over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB). Fleury went on to lose 6-5 against Julie Tippin (Woodstock, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Fleury earned 1.731 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, dropping 2 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 21st place overall with 285.751 total points. Fleury ranks 34th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 60.854 points earned so far this season.
