In their opening game, Wrana defeated Sundsvall (Sundsvall, SWE) 5-3, then won 10-2 against Emma Berg (Stockholm, SWE) and 9-0 against Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE). Wrana won 5-3 against Sara Carlsson (Karlstad, SWE), then won 6-0 against Cecilia Fransson (Skelleftea, SWE). Wrana went on to lose 7-1 against Anette Norberg (Danderyd, SWE). Wrana responded with a 6-4 win over Towe Lundman (Uppsala, SWE). Wrana won 1-0 against Sundsvall, then won 6-1 against Berg. Wrana went on to lose 5-3 against Sundberg. Wrana lost 8-2 to Carlsson where Wrana responded with a 6-3 win over Fransson. Wrana won 6-4 against Norberg, then won 7-1 against Lundman in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish Eliteserien Championship title, Wrana earned 16.958 world rankings points. For week 29 of the event schedule, Wrana did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 38th place on the World Ranking Standings with 169.358 total points. Wrana ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 104.935 points earned so far this season.
