Sarah Koltun (Whitehorse, YK) finished 1-2 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koltun lost 9-6 to Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT), droppimg another game, 9-7 to Melissa Adams (Fredericton, NB) where Koltun responded with a 13-1 win over Geneva Chislett (Iqaluit, NU) in their final qualifying round match.
