De Cruz responded with a 7-5 win over Hess. De Cruz won 6-1 against Meister in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swiss Curling Championship Championship title, De Cruz earned 20.948 world rankings points. De Cruz gained 9.975 points improving upon their best events, though dropped 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 17thplace overall with 387.274 total points.
