Alina Paetz (Zurich, SUI) won 7-6 over Binia Feltscher (Flims, SUI) in the Final of the Swiss Curling Championship, held February 11 - 18, 2017 in Flims, Switzerland.

Paetz finished 8-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Paetz defeated Ursi Hegner (Uzwil, SUI) 8-3, then won 8-7 against Feltscher and 6-5 against Elena Stern (Wetzikon, SUI). Paetz won 6-4 against Lisa Gisler (Bern, SUI), then won 7-5 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Zurich, SUI) and 8-3 against Gisler. Paetz won 7-5 against Hegner. Paetz went on to lose 10-7 against Stern. Paetz responded with a 6-4 win over Feltscher. Paetz went on to lose 4-2 against Tirinzoni in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swiss Curling Championship Championship title, Paetz earned 28.329 world rankings points.
