In their opening game, Sullivan lost 10-4 to Terry Odishaw (Moncton, NB), droppimg another game, 8-5 to Kennedy where Sullivan responded with a 8-6 win over Jason Roach (Saint John, NB). Sullivan won 7-5 against Ryan Cain (Fredericton, NB), then won 8-4 against Jeremy Mallais (Saint John, NB). Sullivan went on to lose 8-6 against Josh Barry (Fredericton, NB). Sullivan responded with a 9-6 win over Grattan in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the New Brunswick Pepsi Tankard, Sullivan take home 5.775 world rankings points, moving up 32 spots the World Ranking Standings into 214th place overall with 19.076 total points.
