Brown went on to lose 6-4 against Lauren Lenentine (Cornwall, PEI). Brown responded with a 7-6 win over Kristin Clarke (Chester, NS). Brown went on to lose 7-6 against Kristen Streifel (Edmonton, AB). Brown lost 7-3 to Kaitlyn Jones (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Brown earned 2.290 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. WOLFVILLE, N.S. — Edmonton’s Team Selena Sturmay solidified a berth into the 2025 Montana’s Canadian Curling Trials, presented by Connect Hearing, with a 9-4 win over Team Kayla MacMillan (Victoria) in the third and final game of the women’s best-of-three final at the 2025 Home Hardware Canadian Pre-Trials on Sunday afternoon.
