In their opening game, Horsman lost 8-1 to Hunter Clawson (Laurel, MD), then responded with a 7-6 win over Lionel Locke (St. Louis Park, MN). Horsman went on to lose 10-0 against Andrew Stopera (New York, NY). Horsman lost 8-2 to Tucker Smith (Bismarck, ND) in their final qualifying round match.
