Paetz lost 9-4 to Anna Hasselborg (Stockholm, SWE) where Paetz responded with a 10-2 win over Diana Gaspari (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Paetz went on to lose 7-4 against Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO). Paetz lost 8-5 to Nina Roth (Blaine, USA). Paetz lost 9-8 to EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Paetz earned 13.383 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 32 of the event schedule, Paetz did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. WOLFVILLE, N.S. — Edmonton’s Team Selena Sturmay solidified a berth into the 2025 Montana’s Canadian Curling Trials, presented by Connect Hearing, with a 9-4 win over Team Kayla MacMillan (Victoria) in the third and final game of the women’s best-of-three final at the 2025 Home Hardware Canadian Pre-Trials on Sunday afternoon.
