Edin went on to lose 8-6 against Gushue. Edin responded with a 8-6 win over Steffen Walstad (Oslo, NOR). Edin won 8-5 against Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN), then won 8-2 against Joel Retornaz (Trentino, ITA) and 10-5 against Alexey Stukalskiy (Moscow, RUS). Edin won 6-4 against David Murdoch (Lockerbie, SCO), then won 10-4 against Peter De Cruz (Geneva, SUI). Edin went on to lose 7-3 against John Shuster (Duluth, USA). Edin responded with a 8-2 win over Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Ford World Men's Curling Championship, Edin take home 57.057 world rankings points. For week 34 of the event schedule, Edin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Edin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
