McCarville responded with a 7-6 win over Robyn MacPhee (Charlottetown, PEI). McCarville won 8-4 against Chelsea Carey (Calgary, CAN), then won 6-4 against Mary Mattatall (Windsor, NS) and 10-6 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT) in their final qualifying round match.

McCarville earned 25.935 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
