McCarville won 8-3 against Marla Mallett (Maple Ridge, BC). McCarville went on to lose 7-6 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON). McCarville responded with a 7-6 win over Robyn MacPhee (Charlottetown, PEI). McCarville won 8-4 against Chelsea Carey (Calgary, CAN), then won 6-4 against Mary Mattatall (Windsor, NS) and 10-6 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT) in their final qualifying round match.

McCarville earned 25.935 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. For week 28 of the event schedule, McCarville did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
