In their opening game, Habkirk lost 8-3 to Tardi, droppimg another game, 7-4 to Matthew McCrady (New Westminster, BC) where Habkirk responded with a 9-1 win over Colin Anderson (Grand Forks, BC). Habkirk won 7-1 against Tyler Proctor (New Westminster, BC), then won 6-4 against Jordan Kiss (New Westminster, BC) and 6-5 against Hayato Sato (New Westminster, BC). Habkirk won 9-3 against Thomas Love (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
