Morissette finished 2-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morissette lost 4-2 to Martin Ferland (Quebec, QC), then responded with a 5-2 win over Jesse Mullen (Kenogami, QC). Morissette won 6-1 against Mathieu Beaufort (Sorel-Tracy, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Experience Curling Classic, Morissette take home 10.400 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN prize. For week 16 of the event schedule, Morissette did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 97th to 98th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 49.676 total points.
