MacPhee finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacPhee lost 7-6 to Tatlock, then responded with a 5-2 win over Melanie Ellis (Halifax, NS). MacPhee won 7-6 against Shelly Graham (Fredericton, NB), then won 9-4 against Christie Gamble (Halifax, NS) and 8-7 against Brothers in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Lady Monctonian Invitational Spiel, MacPhee take home 17.109 world rankings points along with the $1,600CDN prize, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 63rd place overall with 65.274 total points. MacPhee ranks 61st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 27.824 points earned so far this season.
