Li Jun Zhang/Zhi Yu Wang (Harbin, CHN) 8-5, then won 9-3 against Fay Henderson/Andrew Roboson (Dumfries, SCO). Fyfe/Fyfe went on to lose 7-5 against Camilla Noreen/Per Noreen (Gavle, SWE). Fyfe/Fyfe lost 6-4 to Anastasia Bryzgalova/Alexander Krushelnitsky (St. Petersburg, RUS) where Fyfe/Fyfe responded with a 7-3 win over Dace Regza/Ansis Regza (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.
