Brayden Stewart (Saskatoon, SK) run at the 2016 Whitney Field Jr. Men's Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-1 loss to Kyler Kleibrink (Calgary, AB). of the 2016 Whitney Field Jr. Men's Curling Classic in Lloydminister, Alberta; Stewart advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-1 win over Wayne Leippi (Regina, SK).

Stewart finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stewart defeated Tanner Kinaschuk (Saskatoon, SK) 7-4, then won 8-1 against Lucas Bartz (Ellerslie, AB) and 9-5 against Karsten Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
