Gedak finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gedak defeated Drew Heidt (Kerrobert, SK) 7-5, then went on to lose 6-5 against deConinck Smith. Gedak responded with a 6-4 win over Jeff Hartung (Langenberg, SK). Gedak won 4-1 against Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Gedak earned 11.183 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Goldline Saskatchewan Players Championship, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 88th place overall with 65.357 total points.
