Marc Pfister (Adelboden, SUI) qualified for the 2016 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-3 against Todd Birr (Blaine, USA). of the 2016 Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic in Sarnia, Ontario;

Pfister finished 3-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Pfister defeated Ontario's Ian Dickie 6-3, then won 7-3 against Richard Krell (Waterloo, ON). Pfister went on to lose 7-3 against Mark Bice (Sarnia, ON). Pfister lost 7-6 to Brent Ross (Harriston, ON) where Pfister responded with a 7-5 win over Brandon Corbett (Rochester, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Pfister earned 14.043 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic. For week 11 of the event schedule, Pfister did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Pfister ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
