Kristen Streifel (Edmonton, AB) run at the 2016 Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-3 loss to Alberta's Kalynn Virtue. of the 2016 Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic in Edmonton, Alberta; Streifel advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-4 win over Dailene Pewarchuk (Victoria, BC).

Streifel won 8-3 against Alberta's Holly Scott, then won 6-4 against Krysta Hilker (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Streifel earned 12.441 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 100th place overall with 31.926 total points.
