In their opening game, Pewarchuk defeated Deanne Nichol (Edmonton, AB) 6-3, then won 8-5 against Geri-Lynn Ramsay (Calgary, AB) and 7-4 against Kim Schneider (Kronau, SK). Pewarchuk won 10-3 against Jenn Nguyen (Denver, CO) in their final qualifying round match.

Pewarchuk earned 8.782 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic, moving up 25 spots the World Ranking Standings into 122nd place overall with 19.747 total points.
