Ji-Sun Kim (Gyeonggido, KOR) finished 5-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kim defeated Jiyeong Lee (Songhyeon, KOR) 9-1, then went on to lose 8-6 against Min Ji Kim (Songhyeon, KOR). Kim responded with a 10-3 win over Hyomin Woo (Bongmyeong, KOR). Kim won 7-3 against Youngju Ryu (Uiseong, KOR), then won 8-5 against EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR). Kim went on to lose 6-5 against Ji Suk Kim (JeonBuk, KOR). Kim responded with a 10-3 win over Kim in their final qualifying round match.

Kim earned 5.929 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Korean National Championship, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 57th place overall with 88.934 total points. Kim ranks 54th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 71.954 points earned so far this season.
