Mallory Kean (Woodstock, ON) won 8-7 over Nancy Martin (Regina, SK) in the Final of the Toronto Cricket Mixed Doubles Cashspiel, held March 4 - 6, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Kean won 9-2 over Kalynn Park (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2016 Toronto Cricket Mixed Doubles Cashspiel in Toronto, Ontario; and won 8-5 over Ian Parker (Sarnia, ON) in the quarterfinals.
 
Kean finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kean lost 6-4 to Rob Retchless (Toronto, ON), then responded with a 7-6 win over Brazil's Marcelo Mello. Kean won 8-7 against Kimberly Tuck (Strathroy, ON), then won 9-4 against Mark Cooke (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
