In their opening game, Homan defeated Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) 8-3, then won 8-2 against McCarville and 10-2 against Allison Flaxey (Caledon, ON). Homan went on to lose 6-4 against Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.
