Lauren Mann (Montreal, QC) lost 8-5 to Marie-France Larouche (Levis, QC) in the Final of the Quebec Scotties, held January 16 - 22, 2016 in Valleyfield, Quebec. To advance to the championship game, Mann won 8-7 over Roxane Perron (Quebec, QC) in the semifinals of the 2016 Quebec Scotties in Valleyfield, Quebec;

Mann finished 5-3 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mann defeated Helene Pelchat (Valleyfield, QC) 12-4, then won 8-5 against Camille Lapierre (Montreal, QC). Mann went on to lose 9-6 against Perron. Mann lost 9-7 to Larouche where Mann responded with a 10-3 win over Pelchat. Mann won 8-1 against Lapierre, then won 9-8 against Perron. Mann went on to lose 5-2 against Larouche in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Quebec Scotties, Mann take home 4.125 world rankings points, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 62nd place overall with 72.574 total points. Mann ranks 83rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 32.143 points earned so far this season.
