Morissette finished 7-2 in the 14-team qualifying round. . . Morissette won 7-4 against Jean-Sebastien Roy (Thurso, QC), then won 6-5 against Steven Munroe (Quebec, QC) and 11-7 against Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Quebec WFG Tankard, Morissette take home 12.552 world rankings points, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 86th place overall with 55.583 total points.
