Brekke lost 9-3 to Elizabeth Cousins (Medfield, MA) where Brekke responded with a 11-6 win over Rebecca Rodgers (Petersham, MA). Brekke won 7-3 against Emily Quello (Bemidji, MN), then won 7-5 against Sidney Schroeder (Houghton, MI) and 8-5 against Cora Farrell (Fairbanks, AK). Brekke went on to lose 8-3 against Cory Christensen (Duluth, MN). Brekke responded with a 8-6 win over Melissa Runing (Mapleton, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Brekke earned 8.336 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the USA Junior National Championships.
