Matthew Miller (Inuvik, NT) finished 1-8 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Miller lost 12-4 to Jake Hersikorn (Saskatoon, SK), droppimg another game, 10-4 to Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC). Miller lost 10-4 to Matthew MacLean (O'Leary, PEI). Miller lost 13-3 to Tanner Horgan (Copper Cliff, NONT). Miller lost 12-1 to Alex Robichaud (Moncton, NB) where Miller responded with a 8-4 win over Brayden Klassen (Whitehorse, YK). Miller went on to lose 9-6 against Arthur Siksik (Rankin Inlet, NU). Miller lost 10-3 to Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS). Miller lost 17-4 to Greg Smith (St. John, NL) in their final qualifying round match.

Miller earned 0.412 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week of the event schedule, Miller did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Miller ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
