Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) won 9-8 over Kim Link (East St. Paul, MB) in the Final of the AMCC Ladies Open, held January 7 - 10, 2016 at the Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club in Winnipeg, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Robertson won 6-1 over Janet Harvey (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2016 AMCC Ladies Open in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Robertson finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Robertson defeated Link 9-7, then went on to lose 7-4 against Shannon Birchard (Winnipeg, MB). Robertson responded with a 6-5 win over Barb Spencer (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.
