In their opening game, Brydone lost 8-3 to David Murdoch (Lockerbie, SCO), droppimg another game, 7-4 to Kyle Smith (Perth, SCO). Brydone lost 7-2 to Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO) where Brydone responded with a 6-5 win over Moray Combe (Perth, SCO). Brydone won 9-6 against Scott MacLeod (Aberdeen, SCO). Brydone went on to lose 4-1 against Grant Hardie (Dumfries, SCO). Brydone lost 9-3 to Cameron Bryce (Border, SCO). Brydone lost 8-3 to Tom Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO). Brydone lost 7-3 to Ewan MacDonald (Inverness, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Brydone earned 2.723 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Brydone did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Brydone ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
