Homan finished 8-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Jacqueline Harrison (Mississauga, ON) 9-4, then won 8-4 against Julie Tippin (Woodstock, ON) and 10-3 against Erin Morrissey (Ottawa, ON). Homan won 8-3 against Mallory Kean (Stoney Creek, ON), then won 8-7 against Hanna and 9-1 against Allison Flaxey (Caledon, ON). Homan won 8-4 against Cathy Auld (Toronto, ON), then won 6-4 against Julie Hastings (Thornhill, ON). Homan went on to lose 9-5 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Ontario Scotties, Homan take home 26.169 world rankings points. For week 23 of the event schedule, Homan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 1st place on the World Ranking Standings with 957.869 total points. Homan ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 583.709 points earned so far this season.
