Sijia Liu (Harbin, CHN) finished 6-2 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Liu lost 10-3 to Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN), then responded with a 11-0 win over Olga Ten (Almaty, KAZ). Liu won 9-2 against Chelsea Farley (Naseby, NZ), then won 6-4 against Ji-Sun Kim (gyeonggido, KOR). Liu went on to lose 5-4 against Fujisawa. Liu responded with a 13-1 win over Ten. Liu won 8-7 against Kim, then won 12-1 against Farley in their final qualifying round match.

Liu earned 8.479 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships. For week 13 of the event schedule, Liu did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 304th to 307th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 0.000 total points.
