To advance to the championship game, Sweeting won 5-3 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2015 Home Hardware Canada Cup of Curling in Grande Prairie, Alberta;
 
Sweeting finished 4-2 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sweeting lost 8-3 to Homan, then responded with a 8-6 win over Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT). Sweeting won 8-4 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON), then won 8-3 against Kristy McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) and 10-4 against Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB). Sweeting went on to lose 9-3 against Jones in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Home Hardware Canada Cup of Curling, Sweeting take home 62.668 world rankings points along with the $17,000CDN prize, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 664.530 total points. Sweeting ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 285.590 points earned so far this season.
