Fossum went on to lose 8-4 against Matt Roberts (Thunder Bay, ON). Fossum responded with a 5-0 win over Ben Mikkelsen (Thunder Bay, ON). Fossum won 8-4 against Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, NONT). Fossum went on to lose 6-3 against Koivula. Fossum lost 9-2 to Scott Henderson (Thunder Bay, ON) where Fossum responded with a 5-4 win over Bryan Burgess (Thunder Bay, ON). Fossum won 8-3 against Trevor Bonot (Thunder Bay, ON), then won 7-6 against Gary Weiss (Thunder Bay, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Fossum earned 4.882 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the TBaytel Mens Major League of Curling. For week 22 of the event schedule, Fossum did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Fossum ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
