Barker finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker lost 6-4 to Shalon Fleming (Regina, SK), then responded with a 5-4 win over Mandy Selzer (Balgonie, SK). Barker won 8-3 against Kristie Moore (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
