Meachem finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Meachem lost 9-2 to Jesse St. John (Kindersley, SK), then responded with a 7-3 win over Scott Bitz (Regina, SK). Meachem won 8-5 against Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK), then won 5-2 against Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Goldline Saskatchewan Players Championship, Meachem take home 14.047 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN prize.
