Josh Heidt (Kerrobert, SK) qualified for the 2015 Westwood Inn Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Daley Peters (Winnipeg, MB).

Heidt finished 2-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Heidt lost 7-3 to Curtis McCannell (Pilot Mound, MB), then responded with a 8-1 win over Sam Antila (The Pas, MB). Heidt went on to lose 5-3 against Shaun Meachem (Saskatoon, SK). Heidt responded with a 5-2 win over Ray Sharp (Yorkton, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Heidt earned 1.042 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 60th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 60.379 total points. Heidt ranks 77th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 24.196 points earned so far this season.
