Sigfridsson finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sigfridsson defeated Anna Kubeskova (Praha, CZE) 6-3, then won 6-4 against Sophie Jackson (Stirling, SCO). Sigfridsson went on to lose 7-2 against Tirinzoni. Sigfridsson responded with a 9-6 win over Lauren Gray (Glasgow, UK).
