Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO) finished 3-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead lost 8-3 to Binia Feltscher (Flims, SUI), droppimg another game, 6-5 to Margaretha Sigfridsson (Sundsvall, SWE) where Muirhead responded with a 6-4 win over Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE). Muirhead won 8-2 against Daniela Driendl (Fï¿½ssen , GER), then won 7-4 against Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the EURONICS European Masters, Muirhead take home 16.294 world rankings points along with the $4,300CDN prize. For week 36 of the event schedule, Muirhead did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 3rd place on the World Ranking Standings with 767.200 total points. Muirhead ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 347.190 points earned so far this season.
