Bailey finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bailey defeated Tyler Twining (London, ON) 5-4, then won 7-1 against Rick Law (Kingsville, ON) and 7-6 against Chris Glibota (Sault Ste. Marie, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.
