Deruelle finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Deruelle defeated Caitlin Romain (Ilderton, ON) 9-3, then won 10-2 against Kirk Massey (London, ON) and 8-2 against Ryan LeDrew (Sarnia, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the #comeTOgether BOMBspiel Championship title, Deruelle earned 12.717 world rankings points along with the $1,750CDN first prize cheque, moving up 20 spots the World Ranking Standings into 68th place overall with 40.334 total points.
