Calvert won 7-3 against Trevor Loreth (Winnipeg, MB), then won 7-5 against Bob Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB) and 9-1 against Ryan Lemoine (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Nott Autocorp Thanksgiving Charity Open, Calvert take home 14.408 world rankings points along with the $1,250CDN prize, moving up 15 spots the World Ranking Standings into 55th place overall with 49.106 total points.
