Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC) qualified for the 2015 Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-4 against Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN). of the 2015 Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic in Edmonton, Alberta;

Knezevic finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knezevic defeated Kayla Skrlik (Falher, AB) 6-1, then won 10-4 against Karynn Flory (Edmonton, ) and 8-3 against Rebecca Stretch (Calgary, AB). Knezevic went on to lose 8-0 against Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Knezevic earned 10.783 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Crestwood Ladies Fall Classic, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 75th place overall with 39.308 total points. Knezevic ranks 66th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 24.808 points earned so far this season.
