Hasselborg finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hasselborg lost 4-3 to Joyance Meechai (New York, NY), then responded with a 8-6 win over Courtney Gilder (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Hasselborg won 5-3 against Ontario's Caitlin Romain, then won 6-5 against Ontario's Susan Froud in their final qualifying round match.
