To advance to the championship game, Grattan won 8-4 over Tomi Rantamaki (Hyvinkaa, FIN) in the semifinals of the 2015 Curling Masters Champery in Champery, Switzerland; and won 5-2 over Gustav Eskilsson (Skellefte�, SWE) in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 Curling Masters Champery in Champery, Switzerland;
 
Grattan finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Grattan defeated Ritvars Gulbis (Riga, LAT) 8-4, then went on to lose 10-8 against Alexander Baumann (Fuessen, GER). Grattan responded with a 5-3 win over Keller. Grattan won 5-3 against Kevin Wunderlin (Biel, SUI), then won 7-4 against Kyle Smith (Perth, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Curling Masters Champery Championship title, Grattan earned 37.734 world rankings points along with the $17,495CDN first prize cheque, moving up 36 spots the World Ranking Standings into 47th place overall with 70.493 total points. Grattan ranks 30th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 51.975 points earned so far this season.
