9-3 to Darrick Kizlyk (Denver, CO), then responded with a 8-7 win over Evan Workin (Fargo-Moorhead, ND). Baird won 6-2 against Greg Wilson (Chicago, IL), then won 8-1 against Sean Murray (Madison, WI) and 9-4 against Stu Cohen (Columbus, OH). Baird went on to lose 7-4 against Greg Persinger (Fairbanks, AK). Baird lost 9-1 to Brady Clark (Seattle, WA) where Baird responded with a 9-4 win over Robert Melville (Wayland, MA). Baird won 9-1 against Stephanie Jensen (Hollywood, CA) in their final qualifying round match.
