In their opening game, Wrana defeated Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) 6-3, then won 8-0 against Maria Carlsen (Sundsvall, SWE) and 8-1 against Towe Lundman (Uppsala, SWE). Wrana won 8-4 against Elisabeth Norredahl (Ostersund, SWE), then won 9-1 against Cissi Ostlund (Karlstad, SWE) and 4-3 against Sigfridsson. Wrana went on to lose 7-0 against Jonna McManus (Gavle, SWE). Wrana responded with a 5-4 win over Hasselborg. Wrana won 7-2 against Carlsen, then won 9-3 against Lundman and 7-2 against Norredahl. Wrana won 7-5 against Ostlund. Wrana went on to lose 5-4 against Sigfridsson. Wrana responded with a 5-4 win over McManus in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish Eliteserien Championship title, Wrana earned 7.440 world rankings points, moving up 265 spots the World Ranking Standings into 109th place overall with 7.440 total points. Wrana ranks 87th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.440 points earned so far this season.
