Sigfridsson won 8-3 against Jonna McManus (Gavle, SWE). Sigfridsson went on to lose 7-3 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Sigfridsson lost 4-3 to Wrana where Sigfridsson responded with a 6-2 win over Elisabeth Norredahl (Ostersund, SWE). Sigfridsson won 8-3 against Lundman. Sigfridsson went on to lose 9-1 against Ostlund. Sigfridsson lost 6-5 to Carlsen where Sigfridsson responded with a 6-5 win over McManus. Sigfridsson won 7-4 against Hasselborg, then won 5-4 against Wrana and 7-2 against Norredahl in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Swedish Eliteserien, Sigfridsson take home 4.650 world rankings points, remaining in 6th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 250.995 total points.
