Yukon/N.W.T.'s Catharine Shaw lost 10-9 to British Columbia's Joan Dexter where Yukon/N.W.T.'s Catharine Shaw responded with a 9-8 win over Alberta's Barbara Davis. Yukon/N.W.T.'s Catharine Shaw went on to lose 10-7 against Manitoba's Donna Brownridge. Yukon/N.W.T.'s Catharine Shaw responded with a 9-6 win over Quebec's Dorothy Crowe. Yukon/N.W.T.'s Catharine Shaw won 6-4 against New Brunswick's Denise Lavigne. Yukon/N.W.T.'s Catharine Shaw went on to lose 13-4 against Ontario's Christine Bodogh in their final qualifying round match.
