Jamie Murphy (Lower Sackville, NS) lost 8-5 to Glen MacLeod (Halifax, NS) in the Final of the Nova Scotia Tankard, held February 3 - 8, 2015 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Murphy finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Murphy defeated Robert Mayhew (Halifax, NS) 7-2, then won 7-5 against Chad Stevens (Halifax, NS) and 10-5 against Paul Dexter (Halifax, NS). Murphy went on to lose 6-4 against MacLeod. Murphy lost 6-5 to Ian Fitzner-Leblanc (Lower Sackville, NS) where Murphy responded with a 8-3 win over Tommy Sullivan (Halifax, NS). Murphy won 6-1 against Mark Dacey (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Nova Scotia Tankard, Murphy take home 3.500 world rankings points, moving up 19 spots the World Ranking Standings into 98th place overall with 15.361 total points. Murphy ranks 90th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.125 points earned so far this season.
