Dylan Johnston (Thunder Bay, NONT) run at the 2015 Northern Ontario Travelers Mens Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-4 loss to Al Hackner (Thunder Bay, NONT). of the 2015 Northern Ontario Travelers Mens Championship in Kenora, Northern Ontario;

Johnston finished 6-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Johnston defeated Bryan Burgess (Kakabeka Falls, NONT) 7-2, then won 4-3 against Mike Jakubo (Sudbury, NONT) and 8-3 against Chris Glibota (Sault Ste Marie, NONT). Johnston won 7-5 against Jeff Currie (Thunder Bay, NONT), then won 9-8 against Hackner and 6-4 against Ben Mikkelsen (Thunder Bay, NONT). Johnston went on to lose 6-3 against Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste Marie, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.

Johnston earned 3.560 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Northern Ontario Travelers Mens Championship, moving up 59 spots the World Ranking Standings into 168th place overall with 6.998 total points. Johnston ranks 126th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.060 points earned so far this season.
